On x rays we diagosed him as a case of a vascular necrosis of rt head With no history of diabetes, hakeem medication, sex medication, trauma and negative family history. Base line and special investigations are normal. We planned after medical fitness, cardiac evaluation and anaesthesia assesment thr of rt hip.
